Bookings

Bookings will be taken via email, the website or Facebook messenger. Please be advised that you will receive a confirmation email of successful booking - if you do not receive this then your booking is not confirmed.

Please note payment is required once booking is successful. This can be either via PayPal or bank transfer. IF no payment is received 48 hours prior to your session then unfortunately your session will be relisted.

Venue bookings

Due to our venue being used by other self employed instructors and as a pole studio, your requested time and date may not be available. We will offer you other times that will hopefully suit you, however we understand that this is not always possible and will work with you on how to resolve this.

Zoom bookings

You will need to download zoom to access these. These will be live only classes and unfortunately no recording is available. You will need to ensure that you have the correct equipment and enough space to perform the exercises (at least the size of your mat).

Pre and Post Natal / Children attending sessions

I am Level 3 Pre and Post natal qualified and all exercises will be adapted as required.

Children and babies can attend sessions, as long as you are aware that you are responsible for them at all times.

Depending on the time and day, I may need to bring my own children, if you have any issues with this then please let me know and we can arrange a lesson where this is not required.

Covid Regulations

We will always follow all current guidelines and practices.

Practices for all Tiers:

- Hand washing prior to session

- Temperature taken on arrival

- If any one feels ill, shows any symptoms, is waiting on a test or has tested positive, they MUST NOT come to their session. Please contact your instructor to discuss.

- If an instructor shows any symptoms, is waiting on a test or has tested positive, the session WILL NOT run You will be contacted to discuss.

Tier 1 and 2 - Venue sessions can go ahead as expected. All Zoom classes will remain

Tier 3 - Sessions dependant on venues policies. All Zoom sessions will remain.

Tier 4 / Lockdown - Zoom sessions only - if you have a venue session then you will be offered a zoom session or to hold sessions until we return to venues.

Cancellations

Please note that there is a 48 hr cancellation policy in place.

We appreciate that there are times in which sessions will have to be cancelled at short notice, and refunds may be given by owner's discretion.
